About Lori Robinson

Operations Leader. L&D Strategist. Company Co-Founder.

I'm not a typical Director-level hire. I co-founded a software services company, ran every non-technical part of it for 12 years, and sold it to our biggest client. Since then I've earned three promotions in two years at the acquiring company by walking into gaps, building what didn't exist, and delivering results that stick.

I currently lead operations and delivery for 200+ eCommerce clients across hardware, apparel, pharmaceuticals, agriculture, and consumer goods — coordinating a team spread across India, Wales, Turkey, Argentina, Armenia, Palestine, Canada, and the US. I own the policies, the processes, and the playbook. When something doesn't exist yet, I build it.

What I actually do:

• Build operational infrastructure from the ground up

• Design learning programs that change behavior, not just check a box

• Implement AI and automation workflows that reduce manual work at scale

• Manage distributed global teams across time zones and cultures

• Walk into chaos and leave behind systems that run without me

I hold a Master of Arts in Organizational Leadership (4.0 GPA, Summa Cum Laude), a Six Sigma Black Belt, and certifications in L&D, analytics, HR, customer success, and project management.
