A Scalable Soft Skills Training Program for Frontline Employees

Overview

As part of a short-term internship with Pine Apparel, I designed and implemented a lightweight soft skills training initiative tailored to frontline employees. My goal was to create a scalable, low-cost learning framework that empowered both employees and managers, without overloading them.

Key Deliverables

  • Monthly Learning Newsletters: Curated soft skills content aligned to relevant workplace themes.

  • Curated Learning Request Form: Employees submitted their learning interests, which generated a personalized content package for managers to send.

  • Manager Enablement Guide: Step-by-step instructions for supporting employees’ learning journeys.

  • Feedback Form: Designed to gather insights on content relevance and effectiveness.

  • Next Steps Documentation: Provided strategic options for expanding the initiative using internal or online resources.
